- Payment is due in full at time of booking.

- Customer cancellations more than 24 hours before scheduled departure will be refunded in full.
- Customer cancellations 24 hours or less before scheduled departure time will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Customer cancellations 12 hours or less before scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
- Flights cancelled by Gateway Canyons Air Tours (e.g., for adverse weather) may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- During holiday periods, prices may be increased, at the company’s discretion, up to 20%.
- Minimum flight time is 0.25 hours.
- Customer is responsible for paying any wait time beyond 2 hours at $65 per hour.
